Operation of bright bar production for a Turkish customer starts right on time

In no time at all the line was delivered, installed and put into operation to the utter satisfaction of the customer. Due to the excellent technical and organizational support from our customer combined with the most professional project work of BÜLTMANN, the project could be settled successfully. So it did not come to a big surprise that the final acceptance of the line took place without stating any defects.

The bright bar production line comprises: peeling machine, straightening/polishing machine, chamfering equipment, nondestructive testing equipment, straightness measuring and packing equipment.

The line fulfills the highest quality requirements for the final product and ensures in the long run the competitiveness of this BÜLTMANN customer.

Furthermore we implemented in our line concept the latest digitalizing modules as defined by the „Industry 4.0“ requirements. Thus highest process capability and equipment availability are ensured both by an intelligent dynamic line visualization system and by the delivery of production data to the customer supplied host system via integrated data interfaces.
