Since our founding in 1972, we have been training young people. This topic is very important to us and gives us great pleasure in qualifying talented young talent.
We are a really #echt good training company. You can see this from the fact that our traineese are regularly amont the best in South Westphalia. We are proud.
We know that solid education, regardless of job profile, lays the foundation for a career in a successful international company. And of course, it is our motivation not only to get trainees through to the exam, but also to enable them to develop in our company in line with their strengths and preferences.
We cooperate with schools in our catchment area. We present the company, invite you to visit and offer internships for students. This allows both sides to get to know each other. Interns often like the work and the company so much that they apply for an apprenticeship.
In the areas of mechanical and electrical engineering, we also offer the opportunity to complete a dual course of study with us. This is extremely interesting for students because we carry out comprehensive and varied projects in special machine construction. The employment of working students also often results in the awarding of practice-related bachelor's and master's theses.
That's what you say about us:
During my training, I get to work on projects and see how the machine is constructed. Our trainers take the time to explain and show us things. The training also teaches us how to build and wire terminal boxes, control cabinets, auxiliary consoles, and control panels. The atmosphere in the team is great—everyone helps each other. The training program includes cool activities such as excursions, e.g., the laser tag trip to Lüdenscheid. In addition, regular trainee get-togethers really lighten the mood. I'm glad I chose Bültmann. Tom, electronics technician for industrial engineering
During my apprenticeship, I get to take part in real projects. I create technical drawings and can then see how my designs are turned into actual machines. Our trainers are always there for us, and we can approach them anytime. One of the highlights for me was the laser tag trip to Lüdenscheid – that was great!
During my apprenticeship as an industrial mechanic, I get to work on real machines and even assemble whole systems from lots of individual parts. My coworkers are always super helpful, and we support each other whenever we can. Working in a team doesn’t just make everything easier — it also builds a strong sense of togetherness and makes the job a lot more fun.
