Our new machinery projects – two straightening lines, type SPL 100 – are also in their final phase. The lines are designed for the precise straightening of bars made from a wide range of materials, including carbon steel, heat-treated and high-alloy steels, as well as duplex, super duplex, and nickel-based alloys. The lines, featuring very high production capacities, can straighten bars with lengths from 2.8 to 8.5 meters and diameters from 25 to 107 mm. Interested customers are welcome to come and see the lines.
Internal machine training courses enable our own specialists to pass on practical experience directly to all employees. Thanks to everyone who made this training possible.
After intensive development and production work, our current machine project—a bar peeling machine, type SH400—is now in its final phase. The last assembly steps are underway, and soon the machine will leave our factory and be put into operation at the customer's site.
We warmly congratulate Christopher Bohr on successfully completing his bachelor’s degree! In his bachelor’s thesis, Christopher focused on the analysis and optimization of existing sharpening systems for round materials, aiming, among other things, to minimize material buckling on push pointers. We are proud of his achievement and wish him continued success and all the best for the future—congratulations, Christopher!
